1. Can I customize the design and have my logo on it ?
Yes. You can basically define everything including bag’s shape, size, color, materials, features and logo.
2. MAY I GET SAMPLE TO BEFORE PLACING THE ORDER?
Yes. We can send a sample for you inspection.
3. WHAT IS YOUR SAMPLE TIME ?
According to your specific needs for samples, it takes an average of 5-20 days. Simple samples or samples of our existing models can be arranged within 2 days at the earliest.
4. WHAT IS YOUR SAMPLE PRICING ?
Sample charge is around $20~$200 according to the cost of material, mould and labor. Customers will also bear the shipping cost for sending the samples.
5. WHAT IS YOUR PRODUCTION LEAD TIME ?
Our production lead time is 35 – 50 days upon order confirmation and receipt of deposit.
6. WHAT IS THE moq ?
Usually the MOQ is 500pcs. If your order quantity is less than MOQ, sometime it is also workable, but the cost will be relatively higher.
